Best Mexican Food in San Antonio. Very friendly owner and staff.
This is a GREAT relatively new Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. The menu features delicious, authentic and... reasonably priced traditional Mexican food and the physical space is lovely.read more
I try and make it a point to order something different from the menu each and every time I go to Sabor CocinaBar and I... can honestly tell you that I have never been disappointed! The service is always wonderful and the servers are so attentive, and even the owner welcomes us in when he is there! I have eaten at plenty of mexican and tex-mex restaurants and Sabor honestly takes the cake! My recommendations are the chilaquiles for brunch with a nice mimosa, and honestly no sauce you go with can steer you wrong! I personally love adding the shredded chicked and eggs to my order because it really does bring another depth of flavor. My recommendation for dinner is easily the Pollo Mole as it has a spicy sweet flavor and it is to die for! I cannot recommend it enough, and if you decided to drop in make sure to come hungry! Their appetizers are amazing and the nachos always hit the spot!read more

This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. Everything is made fresh and the food is authentic. ... They recently moved to a new location, and the restaurant and ambiance are beautiful. I just got take-out and the food was as delicious at home as it is when it is served at the restaurant. Their sauces are what sets them apart---on their enchiladas, chicken or chilaquiles. My favorites are the chipotle and the poblana sauces. My friends who love mole say that this is the best in town. Give them a try!read more
todo me encanta , esta delicioso! 100% recomendable
Simplemente me encanto !

The food was delicious and the service was great.
If you don’t give Sabor a try, you’ll be missing out. In addition to delicious Mexican food, their margaritas are... among the very best I’ve tried. They also serve the most delicious pancakes which are available breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They have recently moved to a much larger location just a few blocks from their original digs. The restaurant interior is well-appointed and comfortable. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.read more

I love their new location! ! Excellent service! I normally ask for waffles or chilaquiles and of course my... “cinnammy” tasting coffee ☕️ I don’t know any other places that make chilaquiles like that. They are delicious! Only thing I wish they had, would be homemade corn or flour tortillas. (They should invest in a tortillera lady) They’d go great with the beans and queso fresco! 👌🏼read more
Awful. Margarita was the worst I have ever had. She said a flavored one would be much better, never mentioned it would... be an additional $5.00!!!!!! Nor did she tell us that when she asked if we would like some queso when she brought out chipa that it would be $6.25. Total ripoff. The replacement margarita was worse than first. One sip and did not touch the rest. Never offered to replace with anything.read more
