Owner Bio– Federico Guillen
Federico’s aspirations of owning a restaurant in San Antonio was inspired by his hometown San Jose De Gracia, Michoacán and Guadalajara where he grew up. As a child he enjoyed the fresh foods that were readily available in the plaza and mercado. Federico’s extensive experience and knowledge stems from working in the food and restaurant industry for over 20 years. This has all been made possible with the support of his wife Cendy and his partners Oscar and Nancy Moreno.
